Making a Reservation
  • How is payment collected and when do I pay?

    All parking reservations are paid to our website online by a credit card. Our online payment gateway has the highest security to ensure all of our customer’s security, which is very important to us.

    How do I get to the airport or seaport from the parking lot?

    From all of our locations a free shuttle service is provided to and from the airport for all customers. Some locations have scheduled shuttle runs and other have shuttle runs on demand.

    How should I be able to cancel my reservation?

    We understand that plans change at times and at time reservations need to be canceled. All cancelations should be done via email contact at info@parkairports.com. We try our best to email customers back within 24 hours of every email. There is no charge for cancelations, if the reservation has been canceled 24 hours in advance. The only charge the customer will still be entitled to pay would be the service fee.

    Are our parking lots safe and secured?

    We strive very hard to choose our lots accordingly to make sure they are safe and secure for all cars that are parked at that location. Mostly all of our locations have 24-hour service and parking lots are usually patrolled or have surveillance cameras. Also with all of our parking lots, the parking operators are not responsible for any valuables left in your vehicle. Park Airports holds absolutely no responsibility for any missing items or damage done to any vehicle at our secured lots. Park Airports have no connections with the parking operators other than being a third party reservation company.
